We live and encourage trusting ourselves; parents entrusting their children in our care, Management entrusting staff with their assigned duties, Learners trusting their teachers by believing in their words of knowledge hence establishing a loving and an inspiring learning environment.
We foster mutual and ethical relationship among the management, our parents, learners and staff by understanding and being empathetic in their growth and achievement. Thus, a Caring and empathetic learning environment is perceived and established
Wearing positive Attitude always is one of our ways of establishing professionalism hence a good classroom management; it automatically hypes a right decision at the right time and evolves our positive thinking.
We strive to diligently present our promised serviced, keeping our learners neat, seeing to their poise, communication, mental and relationship skills as well as fostering their global exposure are our utmost commitment.
The collective efforts of our staff makes the school wax stronger day by day, this makes us refer to our staff as our weapons and most valuable resources. As Al-Azeemah team member we learn, unlearn and relearn, it is mandatory for every team members (junior or senior) to be on Continuing Professional Development (CPD) i.e we have taken it upon ourselves to sponsor our team members to attend at least one in – house training, bagged at least one academic certificate and one professional course in a session, doing so we grow in knowledge and people every session, this reduced high turn-over of staff, enhance our delivery level and gives us a positive stand among others.
We operate an open door policy which makes the school environment conducive and healthy to work. Though we frown at any unofficial visitation of staff to parents’ house, engaging any of our pupils in a secret extra lesson or activities, we discouraged seeking unnecessary (to gain gift or stipends) friendship or unethical communication with parents as well as passing of confidential information to parents. All these are categorize as gross misconduct hence punishable by dismissal.
