Our Academic Goal

In as much that we have a running objectives and Core Value, in the quest of delivering positively and adequately we designed an identified academic goals for each of our learning levels or stages (Classes).

Our Mission

  • Ensure that all learners are happy throughout their time at the school and graduate feeling enthusiastic about life, having developed new friendships and gained a sense of achievement in an Islamic, highly inspiring and motivated environment.
  • Deliver at primary education level a formal, broad education focusing on Mathematics, English, Science and Technology (STEM) as well as introducing learners to the study of life (Art) and the hereafter (Tahfidh) so that individuals are enhanced and encouraged to blossom.
  • Mirror the maintained school calendar in terms of delivery where possible, providing parents with a service for more weeks or days than a normal independent school. Add educational value at every stage of learners’ development by evolving and complying with the 21st century methodology of teaching.
  • Provide educational opportunities and well equipped classrooms through our EYFS area for each child to flourish as a unique individual, and become confident and able in skills that underpin their whole education.
  • Using the EYFS learning programme in alignment with features of the Montessori philosophy and covering the seven areas of learning, regular observation and assessments are used to plan effectively for individual needs, including those learners who may need extra support.
  • Deliver an education to children whose prior school experience or progress may not have been adequate and permit such learners to flourish and achieve adequate goals assigned to the level of their potential

The collective efforts of our staff makes the school wax stronger day by day, this makes us refer to our staff as our weapons and most valuable resources. As Al-Azeemah team member we learn, unlearn and relearn, it is mandatory for every team members (junior or senior) to be on Continuing Professional Development (CPD) i.e we have taken it upon ourselves to sponsor our team members to attend at least one in – house training, bagged at least one academic certificate and one professional course in a session, doing so we grow in knowledge and people every session, this reduced high turn-over of staff, enhance our delivery level and gives us a positive stand among others.

We operate an open door policy which makes the school environment conducive and healthy to work. Though we frown at any unofficial visitation of staff to parents’ house, engaging any of our pupils in a secret extra lesson or activities, we discouraged seeking unnecessary (to gain gift or stipends) friendship or unethical communication with parents as well as passing of confidential information to parents. All these are categorize as gross misconduct hence punishable by dismissal.
